Patch 5.4 - Siege of Orgrimmar!

Everyone has been eagerly awaiting the last raid instance for Mists of Pandaria, and MaxDPS has been updated! All of the new raid loot has been added (for LFR, Normal, Heroic and Flex). The non-random attribute items purchasable with Timeless Coins have all been added. Many items (ilvl 489 and 496) purchasable with Valor Points have been updated to reflect that they are now purchased with Justice Points. Of course the new amazing legendary cloaks have been added in, clearly best in slot for all classes. Also, the new stat weightings will be added as soon as Simulation Craft is updated for 5.4.
